U.S. Paralympics Team Falls, 3-1, to Iran  
RIO DE JANEIRO (November 7, 2007) – The U.S. Paralympic Team fell, 3-1, to Iran in their second match of the 2007 CIPSRA World Cup in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Marthell Vazquez opening the scoring for both teams in the 22nd minute, but Iran came back strong with three unanswered goals.

The U.S. Paralympians next face Spain at 10:30 a.m. local time (7:30 a.m. ET) on Friday, Nov. 9. The second round of the tournament begins on Monday, Nov. 12.
