At dusk, the U.S. team takes a symbolic first step onto the pitch at Rachamangala Stadium, site of the USA's semifinal match vs. Germany.

 

 

BANGKOK, Thailand (November 27, 2004) - The U.S. Under-19 Women's National Team rebounded marvelously from a crushing loss to Germany in the semifinal to record an impressive 3-0 victory over a talented Brazilian team and earn third place at the FIFA Under-19 Women's World Championship 2004.
