Fire Take Open Cup Crown with Convincing 3-1 Win
CHICAGO (Sept. 27, 2006) - The Fire defeated the defending champions L.A. Galaxy, 3-1, behind goals from Nate Jaqua, Andy Herron and Thiago to win their fourth Dewar Cup. Tony Sanneh earned Man of the Match honors.
